How is speed dating for women like and where do we find out about events like this? |
|||||
One of the places to look for speed dating events for queer women is through your local LGBT resource center. If there isn't one, you can always suggest it to the non-profit organization to arrange one. Speed dating is like how you see it on TV; you are given 3-5 minutes to ask other women questions. Then there is a piece of paper that you can check off to decide whether you want to meet this person for a future date or otherwise. Speed dating does not give you enough time to get to know each other, so you will have to give your best first impression to the person that you may find attractive at first glance. But this is a really great way to meet women to develop either friendship(s) or something more romantic. This is my own quick experience with speed dating. I was too tired by the time I got to speak to the 12th or 15th person. Anyhow, what are your experiences in speed dating? Feel free to share.
